Riga, 01.12.2010, whiteCryption acquires MCFACT Technology from Syncrosoft

whiteCryption today announced that it has acquired Syncrosoft’s MCFACT technology for an undisclosed sum. The assets acquired from Syncrosoft include the MCFACT Technology, the Crypto- Toolbox and the MCFACT-based Copy Protection Technology. whiteCryption will continue to offer the acquired technologies to third parties.
